Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussel sprouts
- Slice each Brussel Sprout in half
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
Recipe
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Toss the Brussel sprouts with the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and salt.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Shake them around half way through.
