Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussel sprouts
  • Slice each Brussel Sprout in half
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Salt

Recipe

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss the Brussel sprouts with the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and salt.
  3. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Shake them around half way through.
